The city of Vernon, British Columbia, is the hub of the North Okanagan. With Highway 97 coming in from Kelowna in the South and Kamloops to the West, Highway 97A leading North to Armstrong and the Shuswap, and Highway 6 to Lumby and the Monashee Mountains to the East, it seems that all roads lead to Vernon.
