How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Make yourself as small as possible, almost invisible, keep very quiet while you search and if you are very lucky, you will be rewarded. You may see something move in the shadows. At first you may think it was a wild animal, a mouse perhaps? Keep very still; you may be lucky enough to see this Gnome or another one of his kind.

The Cheshire gnomes are very shy and have been hiding away from the mortal beings of this world for hundreds of years. They have been watching with interest the actions of their brothers on the Wirral over the past few years and seen that it is safe to reveal yourself to some mortal beings through a game called geocaching.  Gnome placed to coincide with the 3rd Annual Gnome Games.

Please keep their whereabouts secret, sign your name on the parchment they carry and hopefully during the future you may be introduced to others. The Gnome that you will find is called Cuthbert.

Never admit to looking for Little People, Goblins, Gnomes or Fairies. Bye for now
