Geocache Description:

Where is WA Goes Big ???????

Well its not Whitby its in Rockingham! However there used to be a railway line that ran from Jarrahdale to Rockingham that went through Whitby many years ago to bring the timber from the hills down into the port.

Whitby was really just a dot on the map until about 2 years ago when a new housing estate popped up. With it a lovely little Park with a playground for the kids, BBQs and some great sheltered spots.

It's about time I held an event. So come say Hi! and have a bite of morning tea - I hear there will even be cake 🎂 to celebrate a certain Pommie Birthday 🎉 You are then free to set off on your days caching with Jarrahdale is just up the hill with plenty to offer. There will also hopefully be a cache or two in Whitby for you to find as well maybe even a FTF.
