Country life seems to have agreed with them because they all lived into their 80s or 90s except for William who died at Gallipoli aged 30.
According to the rules this cache is a Regular-sized container, but it might be bigger than the usual Regular-size you see. Some grunting might be needed to open and reseal the lid but you can do it! The cache has space for a long-use log, a pen and pencil, and treasures. A FTF prize awaits someone.
Mt. Cottrell is a rural area and there is plenty of roadside parking here. Dukelows Road is unsealed. There isn't much traffic and the locals the CO has spoken to are easy to get along with, as long as you don't go onto their land. Please be mindful of traffic and be safe. Don't be surprised if locals stop to ask you if you're alright. However I don't think you'll be more than a few minutes at GZ.
I could tell you I spoke to the man you can see on Google Maps wearing a red hoodie, checking his letter box outside the nearest house, but I'd be lying.
As with all rural areas where there could be long grass during the hotter months of the year there is a chance of snakes in the area, so be careful.
