Access is from near Saluda, North Carolina. Take Pace Mountain Road and bear left onto Heatherly Heights Road. Proceed .2 miles once the pavement ends. Park near where the Saluda Passage of the Palmetto Trail crosses Heatherly Heights. Micro is very close to the marker officially designating the state line. Stand in both states simultaneously as you sign the log!
