Tight fit is a cache surrounded by 4 other caches, 3 Traditionals and the end point for a Multi. Thanks Freddo for mentioning the multi end. Boxed in, with almost no wiggle room. Barely room to breathe.
How boxed in? If you go more than about 5 metres in most any direction, you will be less than 161m from the next nearest cache GZ. Background picture gives a less than subtle hint to what you are looking for.
