Black Beauty Guides You Along at Station # 3 Traditional Cache

One of nine caches placed by snowsunflowers, ndjeff, and 1611sld- the three Geo Amigos- in the environs of the Randolph Community Forest Interpretive Trail ( with permission ). Open to the public with ample parking.

Designed by the Randolph Community Forest Commission, constructed by the Randolph Mountain Club in 2015, it's a 3/4 mile loop trail with information available about various points along the way. Caches are near the sign area or off a bit from the trail.

This cache was given to me at a Leap Year Event by White Mountain Lady Hiker. Black Beauty is located near the # 3 Interpretive Sign.               This point is showing you a meadow ecosystem for a wildlife opening. Meadows are mowed after mid-August, to allow ground-nesting birds and other small mammals ample time to raise their young.
