“Serenity Now” is a phrase from the Season Nine episode of the same title, “The Serenity Now”. Frank Costanza learns this phrase from a self-help recording. Instead of saying the phrase calmly, Frank yells it loudly, especially when arguing with Estelle.
It turns out the technique is ineffective, according to George's nemesis, Lloyd Braun. Lloyd spent time in a mental institution because he suppressed his own anger for years; he described it as "serenity now, insanity later".
Kramer tries using the technique but explodes anyway, destroying 25 computers that George had been storing in Kramer's apartment. After failing, George's father starts using "Hoochie mama" while Estelle tries to put her car into the garage.
The phrase did not work for the Seinfeld gang and I doubt it will work for you if you are stressed. I created this series of caches to bring some peace and serenity to your lives. The series of Geocaches are all located on the shores of some of Flin Flon and area's many lakes. There aren't many things as peaceful and serene as listening to the water lapping at the shore of a lake. The six main Geocaches are located on some smaller lesser known lakes around the Flin Flon area. But the final "Bonus" cache is on a lake I'm sure you'll all recognize.
As you work your way through the series pay attention to the containers contents. There is some VERY useful information you will need to get from each cache in order to find the "Bonus."
The Bonus geocache is located on the shore of a well known lake in Flin Flon. There is parking off the main road and a well defined path will get you very close to the cache. Some moderate bush whacking is needed for the final few meters.
Sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of some of the North's beautiful lakes.
