Another cemetery cache in Cerro Gordo County.
I love to cache and I enjoy going to different cemeteries looking at tombstones, wondering what it was like living in the time that they lived. I sometimes wonder what they did for a living and whatever type of work they did just how much it has changed in so little time. What was farming like a hundred years ago and compare it today. What jobs are extinct or are so changed that you now no longer recognize it as the same.
A lot of the monuments are new indicating that this cemetery is still being used. With that in mind if there is a burial service being held when you arrive you may want to refrain from searching for this cache. Come back when it is over, the cache will still be there. As with all cemeteries, be respectfull and no night caching.
