Geocache Description:

Woderful location on the edge of a stream in the sandy area, so no poison ivy or snakes to worry about just the fun. Great for kids.

One of our favorite parts of geocaching is finding great new areas to explore and this is one of our favorites. A hidden gem in West Springfield. Enjoy a hike and find a geocache. This cache needs no bush wacking away from the vines, poision ivy and thorns. In a sandy area near the stream. Great for kids. Have fun! NOTICE: Placed with permission of Fairfax County Parks and Rec., please be respectful of the park hours. FCPA Parks are open dawn to dusk unless otherwise posted. If you enter the park after hours you are trespassing. If you are stopped you can be ticketed, or arrested and you will jeopardize the future of geocaching in the parks. Do NOT hunt this cache at night!
