Geocache Description:

This cache is along the same line as our previous Rabbit Hole! It's also in an alley... and the cache is somewhat of a pulley.

The cache is in a small glass bottle that has been placed on a pulley and dropped down somewhere. The location is close to the ground, but not quite floor-level.
