Geocache Description:

This Event is held to honor Signal's visit to Canada this weekend during Canada's 150th Birthday Celebration. Sunday, July 2, 2017, 1 - 2:30 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: This EVENT has moved location to the Pavilion on Graves Island. Look for the sign to the right.

This Event is to allow geocachers to gather and celebrate Signal being in Canada for a souvenier weekend during Canada's 150th Birthday celebration. Come out and enjoy a piece of cake and a refreshment while chatting with fellow geocachers. You can also find some of the unique caches in the area. Caches of Interest are Canada's First Geocache - GCBBA; ANSG Offical Geocache - GC13YGE; Night Cache - GC58HRQ; and Earthcache - GC6064P. Also located on Graves Island at N 44 33.518 W 064 12.412 is a stone that was placed June 2006 in honor of Canada's First Geocache.

Door Prize draws including a Signal Travel Bug and special Canadian posters will be given out. Those logging this Event will receive a Signal Souvenir on their Geocaching Profile.
