This cache was hidden as part of the
2017 Are You Geocacher Enough? Road Rally

We've learned a few tricks to find old foundations and homesteads over the past 10 years of rally cache hiding.  One trick that we implimented here is the sighting of Lilacs and Lillys.  Many of the old homes in this area had lilac trees and lillies planted near them.  So if you're tromping through woods in the middle of nothing else and you spot a lilac tree or field of lillies like you'll see at this cache location, chances are you're standing where a home once did as well.  Hope you enjoy the cache hunt and maybe someday you can use this little trick as well.
