Going postal, in American English slang, means becoming extremely and uncontrollably angry, often to the point of violence, and usually in a workplace environment. Fortunately we live in San Diego and you can just walk outside and appreciate where we live and the thoughts go away. It's my hope you don't want to exert violence on me trying to figure this one out. I'll post another clue once this is figured out.
