Memorial Park Cemetery is a cemetery located between Mason City and Clear Lake. This is an active cemetery so when in the cemetery be respectfull and if there is a burial service going on find an alternate route to the area of the cache.
You may think to yourself " Oh no, not another cemetery cach " and well, I guess it is. I love caching and I enjoy going to cemeteries to look at the stones, however most of the grave stones at this cemetery are ground markers so for me it is harder to find who you are looking for. We have two nephews buried here and whenever visiting to place flowers I stop pretty close, but I still have to look in several rows before locating them.
Memorial Park does not have posted hours but common sense dictates no night caching.
