Geocache Description:

This cache was hidden as part of the
2017 Are You Geocacher Enough? Road Rally

This cache is hidden on some state forest land next to a golf course that used to be known as the South Branch Ranch.

This was once property owned by William Durant, the founder of General Motors. Durant sold a parcel of land in the 1930's to "The Detroit Partnership." (The Detroit Mafia families of Tocco-Licavoil-Zerilli). It was known as South Branch Ranch, the recreational center for Detroit mobsters – and frequently visited by Jimmy Hoffa. In fact, after Hoffa's disappearance, there was speculation that he may have become a "permanent fixture to the grounds." If you do find Jimmy, please notify Superintendent Jim Bluck.

Special thanks to Kzootters for this cache!
