The cache is on a public trail. The NE 50th Street ends in Dead End.
Follow a short trail that is a continuation of the street to the public trail that runs along the powerline.
Turn right.
I'm giving you more or less detailed directions because reception is so bad there.

Note about parking.
I informed a couple of neighbors about the geocache. Their main concern is parking on a very narrow NE 50th Street. All of them suggested parking at P0 point.
