For this cache we have something a little older and a little different. Riverdale is one of the oldest neighbourhoods established east of downtown so it already has many beautiful Edwardian and even a few Victorian homes within its borders. But, if you take a walk down Dingwall Avenue to the posted coordinates you will see the house that was here before them all - this is a great early example of urban sprawl. The Robert Sargent House, later the Bain House, is nicely tucked back in from the road and was built in ????. Take a look at the plaque by the sidewalk and use the numbers to find the final - just a short walk away.

I know... super easy. Take a short stroll to the new coords and the location of the final. This walk will take you to another interesting house in this neighbourhood and one many people have been intrigued by. The Cranfield House was built in 1902, so not THAT old, but it is unique in that the owner donated the building to the Salvation Army more than 75 years ago and it is still a home used for social assistance programs. They have done their best to preserve the house and property and it was designated in 2013.
UPDATED 2022 - cache is a nano with just a log so bring your own pen. This can be a very high traffic area so stealth is needed. No need to remove the cache from it's hiding spot, just remove the log... might need tweezers for that however!
