Rules for this puzzle: No intentional red herrings, no oddball (fishiness) methods of presenting coordinates (UTM, for example, or also having coordinates read backwards), and no leaving off the N32 and W97 just to make it more difficult. There may be more than one layer on this puzzle. Collaboration is allowed and you may ask me for hints after there has been a FTF.
Now for the puzzle...
I don't usually repeat puzzles, but I had several requests to do a follow-up to Alternative Music. I've been compiling a list and I'm amazed how many of my favorite songs are from 1983. I almost was tempted to go find a skirt at N32 43.333 W097 23.333 (that is in the middle of a neighborhood, by the way). Anyway, here is my next installment.
As with many puzzles based on music, it is sometimes easy to get conflicting sources... which makes it difficult when you don't even know what the key might be. As such, I'll tell you the album release date is the key. I also picked songs where both Google and Wiki agreed on the date. In addition, I tweaked the coordinates to make them better suited for the puzzle; however, just look for the nearest skirt... it should be within 25 feet or so... or it may be spot on.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
