Geocache Description:

Not too many letterbox caches around so I thought I would add one. Please do not remove the stamp from the cache. Please stamp your paper with the provided stamp and use your own stamp in the logbook. If you don't have a stamp, draw something that represents you. Letterboxing is just another form of treasure hunting.

Park is open 7 days a week 7:10AM–7:40PM John Slidell Park Trail is a 1.5 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Slidell, Louisiana that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
