Geocache Description:

CAUTION. Approach carefully! To Swift Current (TSC) caches can help you enjoy our grassland as you travel between Medicine Hat and Swift Current. These caches are located along the Trans Canada Highway (TCH), at pullouts for safe caching. All are family friendly, generally more accessible to east bound traffic, and most are large enough for trading items. No need to cross fences. Enjoy the beauty of the rolling prairies as you go.

South East Alberta is known as the Canadian Badlands Tourism Region, which includes a variety of landscapes, ranchlands, villages and cities. Only a few special places have actual badlands. This cache hints at the fascinating landscape called Badlands; a creation of wind and water erosion. Members of Medicine Hat’s South East Alberta Region Cache Hunters (SEARCH) will maintain these sites for the enjoyment of people travelling the TCH. A lot of great geocaching can be found in our corner of the world, and we invite you to share it. WATCH YOUR FOOTING!! The culvert, overgrown by long grass, is a hazard.
