Liu-Gong-Jun @QIZHANG Mystery Cache

the cache is one of Liu-Gong-Jun series. However, this one is not as smell as others. Actually, it is stink now. Maybe it would be better in the furture. You can translate the code before hunting. Come and search it soon. 

this is the cache with substitution ciphers. Try to use clue below to find out the code.

First stage: Start from this point (spoiler pics). You can see the name of the road. When the road name was translated, you will get series number.

 That would be 1121011a10 5b.

Second Stage:  there is a sign board. try to translate the name of swimming pool.

That would be c21b201 3201-022

Final  point: N 24 58.(c)(b+c)(c) and E 121 32.(a)(a+c)(a)

At final point, you can see sth red. Search it under at the leg height in the middle. Please put it back at the original place. Beware the muggles and the dog. Don't show sth red of the final stage in the picture.
