This canoe launch is located just off River Street, it is the access to the Stony Brook for canoes and kayaks. There is a small parking lot with a path leading to the Stony Brook and the canoe launch site on River Street. ( This Cache is a easy park and grab ). It is about a 2 mile plus (downstream) to a take out point just above the waterfalls on Depot Street and there is a large parking lot at the take out point above the fall on Depot Street if you want to take the trip downstream or you can put in and take out at the canoe launch on River Street. Lots of wildlife to see on the Stony Brook.
