Grab your beach chairs , your towels and don't forget the sunscreen! All are welcome to join in the fun at Little Ridge Park for fun, games and geocaching of course! If there are enough young kids, I will come up with some geo-craft for them. :-D
Attendees need to provide their own food and beverages. No fees for parking or boat ramp usage, no facilities. This quiet and little known spot is great; with a boat ramp, hiking trails, ample parking and easy access to the beach. There are a handful of caches around the lake that can be accesed via the water. If you have a kayak, canoe, paddle board or something akin to that, you will be able to access several.
Gather the family and pack up for a day at the beach! I will bring some water toys and games plus there are trails for hiking or biking! There are several caches available in the area, love to hear the adventure stories. So much to do, come join the fun!
Dogs on leashes are welcome. Please note, there are no bathroom facilities at this beach. Don't forget that as an added bonus you will get a Canada Day 2017 souvenir just for attending and I will be making custom tokens for the event (one per family). Be sure to log that you will attend if you can come so I know how many to make. :-) I look forward to seeing everyone there.
