PULLED PORK SANDWICH
This is a little more complicated and not so quick to make. Normally made with less tender cuts of pork, the meat is cooked for several hours until tender, normally in a type of bar-b-que sauce. The meat is then teased apart with forks (ie: pulled) and returned to the sauce. Later, this mixture is normally spread over an open faced bun and served with bagged chips or dipping vegetables. Keep the napkins handy!
