Please bring something to trade (and a writing implement to update the log book) and hopefully lots of travel bugs will come to this forested geocache! There's plenty of room! While you're at it, come and explore all Deep Bay has to offer when you come to find this cache! Lush trails that begin at the trail head coordinates lead you through the Deep Bay Community Trail; nesting eagles and an abundance of other birds and assorted wildlife; gorgeous views of Denman Island and Chrome Island, with its red-capped lighthouse and outbuildings; Deep Bay's steep sandy wrap-around spit; lovely sunsets; busy harbour and marina, made possible by - you guessed it - the deep bay; and a lovely local restaurant that, in the summer, offers great eats, drinks and harbour views.
