Geocache Description:

Freeville’s Ice Cream Cache is across the street from the Diner, on Rt. 38 in Freeville.

When we hiked the Appalachian Trail, I remember visiting the Ice Cream stand in Skowhegan ME, where the Ice Cream is made.  After that we searched out the Ice Cream all over the state.

The cache, which is tied in as usual, is a special big one, to hold some SWAG as well as the usual log. One bag has toys for kids, the other one stuff for geocaching. Please trade for the toys. You don’t need to trade for the geocaching stuff, but please control yourself, just one per person. There are three KET style caches, ready to be placed, three small cache repair kits with rubber bands and plastic bags, a flash light, some mini log strips and a couple of rubber gloves.

There are two prizes for FTF and STF respectively. There is a special TB, that needs to be activated, please keep me posted about that. I’ve got pictures you may want to include on it’s TB page. There’s also a gift card for Ice Cream, courtesy of Kathy, the owner. Enjoy!

Please put everything back as you found it and make sure the containers are sealed tightly.
