My husband and I recently drove around Lake Huron on a weekend getaway and I had looked up some places we might like to stop at along the way. This spot was chosen as our first stop but we had some difficulty getting the GPS to understand where we wanted to go. We had the street address but the address was listed in two seperate towns....Turns out it is in a third town altogether.
We mentioned this to the business owner and I offered GPS coords to add to their FaceBook page which brought up a discussion about geocaching. She seemed pretty enthused about the idea and wondered if she could place one in her parking lot. Luckily enough I had a couple of containers in the vehicle. I suggested a spot, she agreed to the placement and even added a small prize for FTF.
Whether you call it Parry Sound, Nobel or Carling this is a place that you will likely enjoy visiting.
