Parking is available nearby and it is a short walk to this one.  Victory awaits, if you spot the cache.

Update 12/01/2017 - Because so many people moved the cache to spots that are not even close to 3.5 terrain I had to attach the cache to the beacon. It is no longer accessible with a tott. You can thank those cachers that moved it. If it gets moved to a terrain 1.5 spot again it will be archived.
