North to Alaska Event Cache
Grasmere Duo: I figured I'd take the initiative and archive it before Groundspeak automatically does it. By the way, if you want to follow our Alaska journey check out Merlin's FB page, Road Dog - Merlin's Travel Adventures. Thanks for coming by the event.

Sunday July 2 from noon to 2:00pm.
We will gather to honor Canada's 150th anniversary of Confederation. The Grasmere Duo are hosting an event to give folks an opportunity to leave trackables to travel in Canada or Alaska. We will be prepared to begin our journey through Canada and the Yukon to the final frontier - ALASKA!
Summer time means hot dogs on the grill, paddling for caches on Glen Lake or biking the Goffstown Rail Trail that is well populated with caches.
We will bring our grill and provide hot dogs, buns and condiments. Please join us and bring your own chair and beverages. Chips or cookies to share would be appreciated. Leased dogs are welcomed. I'm not sure about the town rules here but the canines that stay close are probably fine off leash. They may enjoy wading in the lake as well. It's not an official swimming area as people fish and boat here.
You can bring your kayak or canoe to launch where we are meeting. The rail trail runs through it as well. We will bring the camper that will be our home while we travel.
If you chose, you may bring a trackable of your own to begin its' journey in Canada or Alaska. Or fulfill a mission for a TB in your possession.
There are lots of events this weekend to earn the Canada Day 2017 souvenir but we hope you will have time to chill and grill with us. WARNING - there are no restroom facilities here.
