Whistle Stop Traditional Cache

Whistle Stop was one of the highest logged caches in Olney and the CO was Mike Anderson 1492. Such notable cachers as King of Halloween, Mama Jane, dns88,CYBret, Black Jeep 1989, ZBQ, Dieseldoc, Dr Who and K-9, and Seporp1 logged this cache, some multiple times!. For a description see GCKG77.

This current cache is placed as a special attraction for "Celebration with colwell123;GC76ADC" and to bring back some memories of the good old days. A Thank You to Reviewer Smith for his volunteer work to help me get this cache published. The cache has been carved from a 6X6 chunk of wood and is a miniature version of the original Whistle Stop cache.

The true definition of "Whistle Stop" derives from the practice of a small, only occasionally used railway station of signaling a train by steam whistle so the engineer will know to stop to pick up a passenger.
