THIS IS A WATER CACHE
This Cache is a straight forward water cache. You will need a small supply of water to dump into the tube to bring the container to the top. The Cache tube should be easily identifiable and has no relation to any electrical components. The tube is marked as a Geocache so if you don't see it then it isn't there and I should be notified.
