As an author wanna-be, I enjoy writing; as a geocacher, I enjoy hiding geocaches. So I decided to hide a geocache dedicated to writers!
This easy geocache only requires you to log your geocaching username and find date. However, since this is a writer's cache, you are allowed to write down whatever story, poem, or novel idea you have in your head. It doesn't even have to be a complete story , so long that the story is written by you! (Fiction and Non-fiction both allowed. You can also include illustrations, if you wish.)
So take a break, sit beneath the shade, bring your dogs, and let your creative juices flow! (and watch out for dog poop! If your dog contributes, please pick it up!)
For a started, we included part of a short story that I started writing a few years ago; you can either add to it or create a new story altogether!
NOTE: PLEASE KEEP YOUR STORIES AT A "PG" LEVEL. THAT MEANS THAT YOU NEED TO KEEP THE PROFANITY, VIOLENCE, ALCOHOL/SMOKING/DRUG USAGE, AND OTHERWISE INAPPROPRIATE SCENARIOS OUT.
We are extremely lenient, but if we deem any of the stories inappropriate, we will cross out that story and delete the cacher's online log.
