Geocache Description:

This cache is placed along  the Confederation Trail near Charlottetown, Birthplace of Canada. The trail is a great place to take a hike, or just to enjoy a little walk.

150 years ago, a small group of elected officials gathered in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. They were meeting to discuss the possibility of uniting three Maritime jurisdictions, but representatives also appeared at the conference to raise a broader issue, and sow the seed of a concept to establish a larger union and create a country. This historic event of 1864 led to the Founding of Canada.

This cache replaces the First cache I hid and released on Canada Day July 1st, 2010 named" Canada Day Cache."

This cache is  a small cammoed rectangular container , with some Canada souvenir pins in it, feel free to have one.  Canada key chain for FTF.

Cache may not be winter friendly.

Happy Canada Day
