Il territorio del comune di Capralba si trova nella parte settentrionale della pianura cremasca.
Il Parco dei Fontanili di Capralba è stato riconosciuto con delibera della Giunta Provinciale di Cremona nel 2003.
Il Giro dei Fontanili attorno al piccolo borgo della Bassa consente di apprezzare uno spettacolo della natura, ma anche un grande patrimonio per la vita rurale. Magia delle polle di acqua limpidissima, che sembrano sgorgare dal nulla e che danno vita a un'oasi sempre diversa, a seconda di dove escono in superficie.
Il Fontanile Oriola è uno fra i tanti che è stato oggetto di attento recupero e ripristino. Gli altri sono il Maccherone, il Quarantina, le Lotte e il Fontanone.
In tutti i fontanili appena nominati (e anche in altri) il FarinateGeoCachingTeam ha nascosto una cache: ognuna di loro attende tutti i GC amanti della natura tranquilla e delle acque fresche e pulitissime.
Per rendere più appetibile la cache e la sua ricerca, nel contenitore c' è un piccolo TB chiamato Odin on a Metal-Path, codice TB6R3VA.
The territory of Capralba is located in the northern part of the plain of Crema. The Parco dei Fontanili di Capralba (Park of Spring waters) was deliberated by the Provincial Government of Cremona in 2003.
The Giro dei Fontanili (tour of the spring waters) around the small village of the Bassa Cremasca (the plain near Crema) lets people enjoy a spectacle of nature, but also a great asset for the rural life. You can feel the Magic of clear water springs, that seem to come from nowhere and that create an oasis always different, depending on where they spring out.
The Fontanile Oriola is one of the spring waters that have been restored and recovered. The others are the Maccherone, the Quarantina, the Lotte and the Fontanone.
Near all the springs mentioned above (and near many other ones too) the FarinateGeoCachingTeam hid a cache: each one is waiting for all GCs who love the calm of nature and the freshness and cleanliness of the waters
