In 1963 the famous film trilogy Apache Gold, Last of Renegades, The Desperado Trail (Vinnetou, Vinnetou-Rudý gentaleman, Vinnetou-poslední výstřel; Winnetou 1.-3. Teil) was filmed in the marvelous landscape of Croatia. One of the crucial scenes, the death of Winnetou's father Inču-čuna and his sister Nšo-či at the very end of the first part was filmed at the Mali Halan pass under the Tulove Grede rocky shield. On the end of the third part the graves of Inču-čuna and Nšo-či are visible (about 2 meters height). Winnetou and Old Shatterhand meet at this place before the critical last battle in which Winnetou dies. Also other scenes from other parts of Winnetou epopee was filmed at this place or in the neiberhood. In the 2016 remake of Winnetou, the new Nšo-či is sitting near the grave of her older ancestor and meditates.
