Geocache Description:

Typical hide in a typical spot.  As I was trying to avoid the traffic and construction in the area, I realized that a new road had materialized.  Upon reading the name of the road, I knew this area needed not one, but two new caches!

 

This cache is named Lavern because of the road it is placed on and the wonderful childhood memory of watching Laverne and Shirley. Laverne Marie DeFazio, played by Penny Marshall, was a tough-talking tomboy. She lived in Milwaukee with her best friend Shirley Feeney. Milk and Pepsi was her favorite drink and she wore a script letter "L" on her sweaters. Laverne and Shirley was on television from 1976-1983.
