Agia Galini bezoeken is voor ons als thuis komen. Het is een gezellig en gastvrij dorpje aan de Zuidkust. Er zijn verschillende taverna's, bars en souvenirwinkeltjes. Even buiten het dorp zijn talrijke strandbars en restaurantjes. Parkeren kan je aan de haven.
Wij houden van Kreta en geocaching is onze hobby. Wij hopen dat andere geocachers ook de weg naar "ons dorpje" vinden.
Omdat er in het dorp veel beweging is hebben we besloten om een toertje buiten het dorp te leggen. Het is een wandeling van ongeveer 3 km met 6 caches.

Visiting Agia Galini feels like coming home. It is a cozy and hospitable village on the South coast. There are several tavernas, bars and souvenir shops. Just outside the village are numerous beach bars and restaurants. Parking is available at the port. We love Crete and geocaching is our hobby. We hope other geocachers will find the way to "our village".
Because there are many people in the village we decided to make a stroll outside the village. The whole stroll is approximately 3 km and has 6 caches. Enjoy.
Αγαπάμε την Κρήτη και το geocaching είναι το χόμπι μας. Ελπίζουμε να συναντήσετε άλλους geocachers στην Αγία Γαλήνη, όπου υπάρχουν πολλές ταβέρνες, μπαράκια και άλλα μαγαζιά. Χώρος για παρκάρισμα υπάρχει στο λιμάνι.
Επειδή υπάρχουν πολλοί άνθρωποι στο χωριό, θα κάνουμε μια βόλτα στα περίχωρα. H απόσταση είναι 3 χλμ και έχει 6 γεωκρύπτες. Καλή διασκέδαση!"
