It was home to the City of Kanata main offices during several years previous to amalgamation.
This building currently houses many businesses with one large space of the bottom floor occupied by the City of Ottawa satellite office. This office delivers many of the day to day services requested by residents and businesses in the area without having to go downtown to the main City Hall.
The rocks near GZ that resemble a waterfall actually used to be a waterfall but hasn't functioned as such in a number of years. Please refrain from climbing onto the rocks. (There are two warning signs but one is mostly covered with vegetation and the other wouldn't be visible with a foot of snow on the ground.)
