STORM aka Ororo Munroe

Debut: Giant-Size X-Men #1 (1975)

Home: Wakanda

Likes: Weather patterns, mysticism

Dislikes: Small spaces, hair dyes

Climate change is a real threat in the Marvel Universe - especially when regal, white-haired Storm can command Mother Nature with the flick of a finger.  The orphaned daughter of a Kenyan priestess, Storm was mainstream comics' first black female hero, and on the page and TV screen she is portrayed as one of the most powerful mutants in the X-Men universe.  As the headmistress of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, she earns her peers' respect - even besting Cyclops in a battle to determine who would lead the squad.  On the big screen (played by Halle Berry and Alexandra Shipp) she;s been overshadowed, but her African identity was magnified by comics adventures in Wakanda that led to a romance with Black Panther.  Wherever she is, she's a fiesty femme you don't want to mess with (especially not without an umbrella).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note For New Geocachers:
Join us and enjoy some adventures of Geocaching. Please don't move or vandalize the container; simply replace the geocache where and how you found it. Before you leave, make sure the geocache is completely out of sight. The real treasure is discovering the location, signing the log book, trading even or up with personal SWAG and sharing your experience with everyone online in your "found it" log. You might even find a trackable item!

Note For All Geocachers:
In your log, please indicate the condition of the container without giving any clues to its hiding spot. (post no spoilers please) This will assist with my maintenance to help provide a pleasant experience for future seekers. Please replace the container in the same hiding spot as you found it. If the container is not found, please log your DNF and do not replace the geocache with a "throw down."

Which Log Type To Use:
Please use the appropriate log type that best describes your seeking experience for this geocaching.
