The R.E.C.L.A.I.M. series is a collection of Revamped Everyday Containers Lurking Amidst Industrial Memories, as the caches are in an area littered with signs of old railway links, mining and industrial areas, although this has now been flattened as part of the reclamation and you can see huge new buildings being created.
After a short walk through the trees from R.E.C.L.A.I.M. 2 there is a split in the path and it turns off to the left across the stones of the old railway line (NOT the first left split about 20 metres after the previous cache). However, BEFORE you turn left, the next cache is actually located straight on about 10 metres down the path between the trees.
This cache is hanging, blowing in the wind, although not chiming like the original owl wind chime that was taken. The container is a small nano tube with just a log sheet.
After finding this cache you will need to backtrack a few metres and then turn right across the stones.
