Level access is available off Macquarie Street on the west side of the new hotel; or up an incline off Collins Street just east of the Tax Office.
When demolitions and excavations began for the new hotel, a public laneway was closed off, thus adding a few minutes to my daily walk to and from work. Than meant I had to get up 5 minutes earlier, and got home 5 minutes late. Now, I can access the laneway again, and so can sleep-in a few more minutes every morning. I nearly called this cache Saving Time but I am keeping that for another hide very soon.
Seems a good idea to hide a cache here to celebrate the access re-opening, and my sleeping-in.
I do not particularly like nanos, but need something small here. The hint should assist with a quick find. Stealth will be required; please re-hide as found.
