Some friends used to have a geocache down here several years ago but it disappeared and got archived. We were wandering around during the Sternwheeler Days and decided to try again. During our search for a hiding spot we found the original cache container. From evidence on the ground this area sometimes is used as a fishing area, so be prepared to maybe postpone your hunt.
Cache container is a camoed PVC pipe with a screw on lid. It has some nice goodies and an unactivated geocoin for FTF.
It is about half way between maple tree and maple bush and down the bank. Please hide it better than you found it.
