Geocache Description:

This geocache will be very easy to find. It is located along the public trail that leads into the park. Please do not try parking near the trailhead. The on-street parking is for residents only. Parking is available in the parking lot off 31st Avenue, just across the street from the WQAD building, or at the lower parking lot at the South side of the trail. Either way, it is a short walk. Please be respectful of the Park hours - 6am to dusk.

Depending on which direction you are going, this is either the Trails End or the Trails Beginning. This trail head marks the northwest border of Moline's beautiful Prospect Park. If you walk quietly down this Trail, you will see deer nearly every time, and they will let you watch them from very close! For the last cache in the park, I wanted to place one of my favorite types of caches. Hopefully you enjoy these too! It is another cache in my "For the birds" series. When you find the cache, turn the brass latch and push in on the top of the door to open it and retrieve the log. There is room for small TB's. Congrats to Tcross8361 and KandiMinion For FTF!
