Parking within about 20' of cache.
A fairly easy and quick park and grab.
Do not even think of accessing this cache directly from I-95. You can't do it.
While in the area to grab the other cache at the other end of Ellison Court, might as well grab this one.
Although this cache isn't as close to the highway, if you are still and listen quietly, you can also hear the peaceful hum of the nearby traffic.
As usual, a hanging pill bottle.
