A Halloween themed cache placed as a part of a mini-series that is part of a longer series found along Fowlers Road. The series is located along the woods road at the end of Fowlers Road. The road is rough in places and you should probably take caution if not in a SUV or truck. It is not bad for hiking and a easy ride for a mountain bike. The caches are placed off the road and only accessible by foot. Additional Hint: low.
