This picnic is not a dry one so if you will be offended by alcohol this may not be the event for you. With that being said use common sense please.
I will be in my yellow kayak with my trusty turtle Flash. I should be easy to spot, I wear a hot pink life jacket.
This will be the first year for trying something different. 
Instead of the trip down the Iowa River we will meeting on Lost Grove Lake for our picnic.
What to bring:
- kayak or canoe
- Life jacket - It is a law after all.
- Your lunch - make sure it is water tight
- Beverage of choice
- Sunscreen and bug spray
- Hat
- GPS and a pen
- You must carry out any garbage you bring in.
What not to bring:
Pets or Cigarettes.
* Make sure you give yourself enough time park and paddle out to the given coordinates.
** Due to the fact I cannot foresee the weather there is a chance of an event postponement, rescheduling or cancellation! Safety First!!
*** There are several caches to find in the area that a water vessel is needed!
