Your host for this event is Lyndsey (LyndseyW85), and inside the main bar of The Sovereigns we are having a section closed off to accomodate us between 6pm and 9pm, however you are welcome to stay longer if you wish, and the pub closes at 11pm. There is a large car park on the premises so plenty of space for us to fill.
Everyone is welcome, and if this will be your first event don't worry we are a friendly bunch! There will be the usual Geocaching chat and puzzle hints being given, as well as the ample raffle from Jackie (Geojaxx) along with the discovering and swapping of any trackables and Geocoins.
As the pub itself is part of a large chain, you are able to order a variety of food- could you please indicate on your 'Will Attend' log whether or not you will be eating or not so I can let the venue know numbers. Seeing as this meet is in the middle of the summer holidays, there will be some activities for any geokids wishing to attend with their grown ups!! Hopefully then this will keep them amused while the adults do the grown up stuff and you never know... there may be a little prize in it for them!!
