This is a simple cache placed by our Sunday Caching Crew (SCC) to honor the dynamic kayak-caching/CO duo of Timpat and RACnLa who have placed numerous T-5 (terrain rating) kayak series on our local rivers - and adopted additional kayak caches along the way to add to our caching enjoyment!
On our recent kayaking excursion along the Battenkill, our SCC was inspired to place a couple caches along the river to thank these two COs for our crazy 20+ mile adventure - the river was really high and swiftly flowing with all of this spring's/summer's rain, and there was quite the current moving us along! In fact, there were a couple "mishaps" 
and this one was placed when a certain member of our group realized she was now almost dried off from her capsize and thought she'd honor the moment with a "Thank You Timpat and RACnLa - I'm Almost Dry Now" cache - but soon after placing this cache, another member of our group also capsized and we were all wet again from the rescue 
- there goes the cache name 
! ...a day in the life of the SCC - never a dull moment... especially on a river!
so - THANK YOU TIMPAT and RACnLa! - your kayak cache series - and all the work you do to maintain them! - is very appreciated!!
