This is a small 15-cache trail - most are new, but a few have been "repurposed" for this trail (thank you LisaandDarin) This is our very first effort, so be kind in your reviews.
The county seat is Berkeley Springs, which boasts a warm spring that maintains a year-round temperature of 74 degrees. The "run," as residents call it, is a great place to bring your family for a refreshing (free!) soak, or to just dangle your feet and relax. While you're there, you can get a selfie in front of "George Washington's Bathtub!"
Most of the caches in this group are 1/1's to 2/2's. A few have been adjusted upwards due to Terrain (but still easy to find!) The idea is to make it easy for brand new geocachers to find at least most of them.)
Now, for the cache
This cache is located at the end of a road that isn't there anymore. The topography of the area changed when a new, wider road was installed, and the road that was, ended at this point. You can still see the old road visible among the foliage just beyond GZ. This easy, kid-friendly cache can be found in a "traditional" hiding place. There is ample parking, but do keep an eye on little cachers as it's close to a road. Muggle traffic shouldn't be a problem most of the time, but there are times you will need to be a bit more stealthy than others. A quick cache-and-dash, you should have this one found, logged, and be back on (the new) road in no time flat!
